When it came to lunch, Lexa had no problem finding Emma. She was sitting by some friends outside on a bench.

“Hey.” A voice said behind Lexa as she exited the school.

“Hey.” Lexa said without turning around. She knew it was Jay.

“Do you wanna see one of the hott spots of the school?” Jay asked.

“Sure.” Lexa said.

“After you,” Jay said pointing in a direction towards the new parking lot. She started walking. It had been hours since Alex had broke up with him and he didn’t care. He watched as she headed towards the parking lot. She had fire red hair with orange high lights that he hadn’t noticed before. As she arrived to the parking lot, her first sight was a black ’66 corvette.

“You like it?” Jay asked as he watched her gaze upon it like it was god.

“Yeah.” She said taking a peek inside.

“Well, how about I take you for a drive in it later?” Jay said.

“It’s yours?”

“Yeah.” Jay said. “So you wanna go to that hott spot now?”

“How much time do we have left?” Lexa asked. She took a step forward; her body again against his.

“Till the bell ring.” Jay replied. Just then the bell rang.

“Maybe another time.” She whispered, her lips barely touching his ear.

“You got a free period coming anytime soon?” He asked.
